Buying a Home in the Denver Area:
Buying a home can be an overwhelming and tedious task. However, with my knowledge, enthusiasm and unending patience we will have fun along the way! I appreciate that you are entrusting me to guide you through the process of buying one of the largest and most important purchases of your life. I never take for granted that if I am not meeting your real estate needs, another Realtor is just a Google search away. Although I am confident it would never come to that…
- As I stated in the About Me link; I schedule around your schedule; I do not have set days off, or set hours. I am available on weekdays, weeknights or weekends…whatever works best for you.
- While some may think that showing houses to buyers can be left to assistants or less experienced agents, I disagree. Yes, the skill set required to program a GPS and unlock a door is not high…it is the time we spend together that is important. The car rides between houses are filled with real estate questions and answers, area information and most importantly, getting to know each other. Trust and confidence in my abilities would be difficult to achieve any other way.
- I do not limit the amount of homes I am willing to show you. Furthermore, I don’t “sell” you a house. I tell all my clients, “It might take looking at 10 homes or maybe 100…you’ll know when you’ve found it.” While we are looking through homes, I might point out red flags or items you may have missed…but only you will know if that home is “the one”.
- Once you’ve found “the one” I will thoroughly research comps, factors and conditions that should be taken into consideration when writing your offer to the seller.
- While we are under contract, I will skillfully navigate you through the maze of paperwork, dates, and negotiations from beginning to end.
Feel free to search for homes on my web site and please don’t hesitate to contact me with any questions you may have about me or real estate in general.
